The software and accompanying documentation intellectual property
rights remain the property of Hollycroft Software Ltd.

You acknowledge that the terms and conditions of this licence are
understood and agree to be bound by them.
You also agree that this licence supersedes all prior agreements,
arrangements and undertakings.
